async: Stop abusing worker-Thread with Globals, use DoWorkEventArgs instead. 

* job: FIX reading of OldJobFiles, broken by previous MainForm UI work.
* log: FIX (minor) doubl-log wrnings.
* UI: Improve the image of the "exec" buttons.
* Reset [TAB]-order on MainForm.
