VECTO Airdrag v3.2.1 (2022-09-14) Official Release

The relevant changes are as follows:

Stability criteria tq_sum_float_delta_LS now correctly selected dependent on vehicle group
(version 3.2.0: always 0.3 was selected, although 0.5 applies to small truck groups and buses from the 2nd amendment onwards.).
Stability criteria v_veh_avg_max_HS now correctly selected dependent of vehicle class
(version 3.2.0: always 95 km/h was selected, although 103 km/h applies to buses from the 2nd amendment onwards.).
Criteria tab updated according to items 1 and 2 above.
Input for TPMLM in vehicle file now not mandatory (following the provisions in Annex VIII).
