Vecto 4.0.1.3217:

A colleague has noticed that the vehicle that dint work with RAT5.76 did actually work with RAT6.17. Which is somewhat contradictory. As, RAT5.76, while trying to reach 100kph on coach cycle was calling for expansion of EM and GBX maps beyond their limit, RAT6.17 didn't call for it. Sounds contradictory. So I tried other rations around RAT5.76 to test vectos sensitivity to RAT (w/o any map expansions):

6.17 – ok

5.90 – ok

5.80 – fail

5.76 – fail (the right RAT)

5.60 – fail

5.50 – ok (still greater than truck reference RAT4.5)

 With working cases vecto is acting as expected, cutting short the Vtgt when EM is limiting:

Now the question is why Vectos behavior, whether to respect EM limit or not, is being affected by the RAT?

As mentioned bilaterally, the behavior is a result of adjusting your data to overcome the initial issue. The original issue will be solved with the next release. You can consult the status of #250 (closed) for that.
