VECTO v3.3.13.2924 (2023-01-03) Official Release

The major changes are as follows:

• VTP Mode according to the 2nd amendment
• Additional tyre dimensions
  The new XML schema (version 2.5) no longer poses any restrictions
  on the Dimension string. The hashing tool and VECTO XML validation
  check whether the provided dimension is known to VECTO. All tyre
  dimensions known to VECTO can be found in
  'Declaration/Wheels.csv'
• Bugfixes according to Article 10(2) notifications
