Merge pull request #361 in VECTO/vecto-sim from ~EMQUARIMA/vecto-sim:bugfix/VECTO-431-gearshift-model-amt-always-starts to develop

* commit '41fbf86b': (28 commits)
convert speed limit to m/s for computing time shares
Powertrain driving cycle: if powerdemand exceeds engine's max torque, reduce torque demand for this single simulation step but keep engine speed.
  adapt testcase: more reasonable shift
allow slipping clutch in first gear if pos. torque is required
correct typo, bugfix in cycle gearbox
measured speed: adapt gears in test cycles because engine speed would fall below idle speed (no slipping clutch)
shift strategy: disengage if engine speed is below idle speed in first gear, combustion engine: log warning if below idle speed
adapt clutch test: clutch is only slipping during drive off
  correct testcase
shift losses tescases: add missing engine inertia
  remove commented clause
adapt testcase: gearbox initializes to a different startgear
adapt testcase because clutch is not slipping during normal drive
adapt coasting tests: clutch is only slipping during drive-off, so avoid engine speed range where the clutch would slip
re-add gearbox data for tests, add start speed to test-gearbox data, add dummy fld curve for testdata
pwheel mode test: re-add gearbox data for cycle gearbox
adapt pt1 test to new lookup structure
  pt1: set extrapolated flag
  update project reference
modified PT1 value lookup. print warning only in declaration mode.
