measured speed: adapt gears in test cycles because engine speed would fall below idle speed (no slipping clutch)

combustion engine: log warning if below idle speed

adapt coasting tests: clutch is only slipping during drive-off, so avoid engine speed range where the clutch would slip

take into account axle ratio, gear ratio, stop at higher speed

re-add gearbox data for tests, add start speed to test-gearbox data, add dummy fld curve for testdata
