ShiftStrategy & GUI: Added Params CLUpshiftMinAcceleration, CCUpshiftMinAcceleration in GUI and JSON File; Used in ShiftStrategy for Shift-Decisions

- cear ModData after writing vmod-file (and remove all references)
- declaration report: collect required data right after simulation, not when writing declaration report
- add cache for cycles also in engineering mode based on full path of file
- add source for stream data (TableData) where possible

surround opening files with try/catch; separate writing files to dedicated writer class, access values via inputdata interfaces

removed 'skip gears' and 'early upshift' from input data and component data. only depends on shift stragety.

re-adding missing button to choose file for look-ahead coasting, re-adding min. speed for look-ahead coasting, adding look-ahead enable & min speed in strategy

adding source property to input data (json files), extending auxiliary helper to provide key and name (used in GUI) to have only one sorce for auxiliaries, adding validation to job (not working atm)

introduce new class TableData (extends DataTable and adds source information), use TableData in interfaces instead of DataTable (fully compatible)
