VECTO-425 corrected printing of progress if console output was redirected: only last progress is written

VECTO-424 exchanged AssemblyName.GetAssemblyName by Assembly.Load with directory of executing assembly.

implementing XML Report generation. fetching all required input data, make airdragdata a separate component

- cear ModData after writing vmod-file (and remove all references)
- declaration report: collect required data right after simulation, not when writing declaration report
- add cache for cycles also in engineering mode based on full path of file
- add source for stream data (TableData) where possible

adding source property to input data (json files), extending auxiliary helper to provide key and name (used in GUI) to have only one sorce for auxiliaries, adding validation to job (not working atm)
