ComputeShiftPolygon: Exception when less than 2 gears are given, GUI UpdatePic checks for Gear-Count > 1

a smaller tolerance causes that the next simulation interval will be smaller than the minimum simulation interval and thus cause other issues (e.g. high inertia torque from engine, etc.)

fix testcases: enable writing mod file in aux-test, use constant for driving cycle exceeded before brake

fix testcase for reading json files: initially used wrong indizes for gears, adaptations to new powersplit/serial AT gearbox (ratios, #gears)

if both, engine and torque converter are happy, return Delta = 0,
otherwise find operating point suitable for both engine and torque converter, compute delta for torque converter output (for search operating point)
