[VectoCoreTest] Included Tests for GearshiftLinesVoithTest again, but ignored it to avoid compile errors

refactoring strucure of vehicle data provider for v2.10 vehicles

adding testcase for new EM powermap interpolation method: calculate losses and compute virtual torque loss for delaunay map. expected efficiency for the whole map is within a very small range around given efficiency

moving drag curve per voltage level to single drag curve for EM. updating GUI, input data provider, data apapter, etc.

- engine form: use correct filebrowser instance
- vtp job: plot second fuel if available
- json writer set engine-only mode correctly
- test-project: do not use classes from GUI but already available classes from test project

Added Factory Method to SimulatorFactory class (this way the testcases where simulator factory was created without Ninject don't break), made simulatorFactory abstract and derived SimulatorFactoryEngineering and SimulatorFactoryDeclaration.

sumcontainer: add row in case no gears are available, set test directory in testcase, add missing validation attribute
