refactoring XML reading: use version-specific reader classes, use ninject for loading correct classes

refactoring: move IVectoHash interface to vectocommon project, provide methods for reading manufacturer report in a dedicated class (used by VTP mode and hashing tool)

refactoring of XML validation: consider schema version number read from document, use single class for validating all vecto-related xml files

XMLHashProvider requires canonicalization method and digest method for hash computation, provides info about default methods and supported methods

update the reference hash-value of the vehicle (the signature elements of the containing components changed), provide canonicalization method and digest method for hash computation

adapt the test data to contain the same (default) canonicalization methods and digest methods in the signature element

adding deployment configuration; move packaging ZIP file to MSBuild (separate build file with additional targets)
