[#10] Allow semantic search for Staged docs and My Library

This PR includes the following features:

Changed the icon and identifier of a semantic search document added to the "uploads" popover, to make it easier to identify them

Implemented the option to easily add a staged document to semantic search

Implemented the functionality of adding a document saved in My Library to semantic search
