Problem 1: Hashing Tool was looking for Tyre hash and certification
number in the wrong place & element.

Solution: The code tries to find these values at the previous location,
to maintain compatibility, and if that fails it tries the new location.

Problem 2: Hashing Tool could not verify the job data in the CIF
because of missing signature.

Solution: The signature has been added to the CIF.

Pdf generation is done the same way it's done in the trailer app, independently implemented

Added check to enforce mutually exclusive values on side skirts and rear
flaps when set via GUI

Added check for  correct TPMLM in O3/O4 cathegories, removed incorrect check for one axle trailers legislative cathegory

Added a check on the external body height if the trailer is volume oriented

The label is now added in the customer and manufacturer's report only if the FuelEfficiencyClass is explicitly declared in the input file. If it's not present, N/A is written inside
