Regulatory Reporting Metadata Vocabulary

The PreserveEU system is a digital preservation solution to ensure the long-term validity, integrity, and authenticity of electronically signed documents. Instead of applying multiple timestamps to each document (as in traditional extension methods), it leverages a Merkle Tree (Hash Tree) structure to efficiently group document hashes and preserve them collectively.

By combining cryptographic hashing and trusted timestamps, PreserveEU offers a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient way to maintain compliance and protect digital evidence for decades.
